Prospero Development Software

Thank you for your interest in our product. In this document, "Prospero" means Prospero Development Software and "you" means the person who has downloaded a copy of a freely distributed Prospero product.

The software is provided subject to the Terms set out below. You may install and use the software subject to your agreement to these Terms. By installing the software, you indicate acceptance of the Terms.

The software is fully functional, and intended for use on a single PC. When installed it can be used to develop programs that employ the standard language definition and the supplied library of routines; the capability to to make calls on the Windows API, and generate Windows applications, is however initially inhibited. You can obtain a key to enable these aspects by registering your installation with Prospero, and directions for doing this will be found on the web site.

Terms

  • The software is distributed "as is", and Prospero does not warrant that it is suitable for any particular purpose, or guarantee the accuracy, correctness or reliability of any results obtained. Neither Prospero nor any other party involved in supply of this software shall be liable for damages or consequential loss arising from its use.
  • All rights in the software remain the property of Prospero.
  • You may distribute or sell programs developed using the software, and you may distribute a Prospero run-time library in conjunction with a program that relies on it. If a program is sold together with a run-time library, a notice must be included reproducing these Terms and making clear that they apply equally to the supplied library.
  • You may not modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble this software.
